Instrumentation and Controls Services
I.S. calibrates many different types of instruments. All of our calibration work is NIST traceable and we will research and meet all applicable requirements, (e.g., ANSI, AGA, ASME) your internal requirements, and your customer requirements. Yearly calibrations are recommended by most instrument manufacturers. This will correct for calibration drift that may occur over time, which can affect plant operations and efficiency. In addition, many instruments are being used to measure parameters that affect your company’s revenue and plant operation cost.

Operations & Maintenance Support Services
I.S. focus on instrumentation controls, both mechanical and electrical, allows us to provide service for the entire range of auxiliary equipment and balance of plant systems in your facility. Our high standards guarantee that the work completed exceeds your expectations. Our staff will collaborate with you appropriately to prioritize the work so that all work is scheduled. Daily reports are provided to ensure that you understand the status of your outage at all times.

Calibration Services
Calibration of entire systems or individual instruments, and other components can be done on-site at your facility. Our professional staff of engineers and technicians will visit your facility during an outage or in an emergency to calibrate or troubleshoot your instrumentation. We verify and record as-found conditions prior to starting work. Following calibration, we perform full system checkout and control loop tuning (if required) to ensure the entire system is working correctly and that the calibration has not affected overall plant performance and operations.

Documentation
I.S. will design specific calibration forms with the accuracies that you expect and require. We photograph and document all as found and as left results and submit to you a final report.

Personnel
I.S. employs only experienced service personnel familiar with on-site calibration, installation and repair of all major brands of instrumentation.
